Cat Silveira

Cat has been playing volleyball since 4th grade. She started young at Sacred Heart and continued in a school setting right before her Sophomore year at Turlock High School. Although starting her career as an outside, she quickly learned her strongest point was as a Libero/DS. Cat then transferred to Denair Charter Academy where she focused on her academics. Although they did not have a team for her to join, she stayed active in volleyball with recreational leagues and camps. 

Cat has been coaching for 4 years now. She started as an assistant for Freshman and quickly developed a passion and love for coaching. She then took on the role of Head Coach at Chowchilla High School and completed her last year there with a successful title of Central Section runner-up. She is now Pitman High School's JV head coach and is positively looking forward to continue her career there. Cat’s goal is to empower her players to competitively love their sport and to develop the passion that she holds for volleyball. She strives to create a well-rounded and strong team with the help of the parents and community around her.
